Charlie Crane is a Senior Manager in the Children and Young People Policy Team at Sport England, specialising in physical literacy. Over the last 20 years, Charlie has enjoyed a varied career in positions spanning the charity, commercial, government and education sectors. Since 2010, Charlie has held national positions which have focused on supporting the health and wellbeing of children and young people at both a policy and programme level. As a parent to two young children, Charlie has seen first-hand, the importance of helping children find enjoyment, meaning and value in movement through positive experiences of sport and physical activity and she is therefore a huge advocate for physical literacy.
