Many young people with fewer opportunities avoid sport and physical activity because of low confidence, fear of judgement or negative experiences of competitive sport. Youth workers also lack practical, evidence-based methods to re-engage them.
Equip youth workers with practical, evidence-based physical literacy tools to create inclusive, positive movement experiences that help disadvantaged young people build confidence, motivation and a sense of belonging.
Cross-country evidence, a practical training methodology, four local pilots, a multilingual digital toolkit, a youth-led manifesto, national events and an European Physical Literacy Network.
The project will run from October 2026 until March 2028.
